October 2018 - Surprise has been exposed to Aspen Alpacas Allegro in late June 2018, our handsome beige son of OVA Keirnan of St. Andrews and Xanadu La Traviata. Depending on how those color genetics line up this match could produce anything from beige to brown! Allegro brings in heavy bone and fleece architecture to die for; very organized, tight, LONG staple with beautiful character definition. We will wait and see but this one has the potential to be fantastic. Ooohhh the wait... June, 2019 will be a long awaited SURPRISE!

Petite Surprise was definitely a big surprise born to us out of El R Lulu and ROCKSTAR's Night Moves in late October of 2015. This was not a planned breeding but resulted in a gorgeous little medium fading fawn female nonetheless. So this match brings together a very white pedigree on the dam's side and a mix of white, fawn and browns courtesy of the Snowmass lines of Andean Gold, Andean Bronze and Andean Night.

Surprise carries a nicely dense fleece which is very fine and uniform on a perfectly conformed, compact frame. She is very feminine and has a beautiful head. Her fiber is very soft, downright fine and bright which we love. In the fall of 2016 PS went to the Gold Country Gathering where she was awarded a blue ribbon in her class by judge Dave Barboza.
